Greenspoint gym, I reported no hot water for four days in a row. I saw the maintenance guy at another gym, and he said he had not heard of it and was just there last week. Weights are not returned to their places; weights in the locker room, weights in the sauna, cockroaches in the lockers, people sleeping on the benches for hours, sixty-plus locks on lockers 24/7.
I called customer service during business hours and no-one answered, I was on hold for 15 minutes.

Apparently, two members were playing around with themselves and working out at the same time when a male staff member yelled at them in front of other members, threatening to cancel their contract. This behavior lacks professionalism.
The management team should handle situations like these. They should discreetly take the members to the office and state that they have to leave because their behavior is not appropriate for this business. They're welcome to come back with proper behavior.
It's not right to embarrass the members. This exhibits very poor business practices prevalent at this center.

I Chris Lane and my son Jacory Lane joined fitness connection in January we have been going there for 11 months then they told me my son was canceled for non payment since January we had no idea because I have automatic with drawl one of the employees say he didn't know either because it was always clear fitness connection refuses to fix the problem corporate said the local gym didn't write the agreement right this was not my fault and customer service was very rude.

Customer service and understanding your customer base hasn't been met. Ask yourself this question, if you're in business, what does it matter where your customers come from?
Asking me for my drivers license then scrutinizing my address like I have to come from a certain demographic to come into your club is nonsense.
Your staff told me I had to have a certain zip code in order to use the club on a guest pass. In the 21st century that's insulting and creates unnecessary hostility.
I went online and got a 5-day guest pass. When I got to the gym, they asked for my ID. I only had my passport, which I gave to the guy at the front desk. He said he couldn't let me in because my passport didn't have an address on it.
I said, 'I have a bank statement in my car, can you use that?' He said yes. When I brought that to him, this clown said my address wasn't in Stone Mountain. I said, 'What does that matter? I'm in Stone Mountain now!!!' Then he said that it was just their policy.
I asked, 'How much for a 1-day guest pass?' He said $40. Right then and there, I knew this wasn't the gym for me. I asked for the number to corporate and they were just as dumb as the guy at the front desk. I asked corporate about why I needed to live in Stone Mountain to work out, and she said it was because most people would complain about how far they have to drive and wouldn't join.
That's when I knew I was talking to idiot #2. I will never step foot back in that gym. They lost a potential member.
They have no clue on how to deal with the public or run a business. They are destroying their own revenue.

The Management is terrible and rude and not at all knowledgeable.
I had 3 members on one account, the management was very rude, dismissive to me and not at all helpful and cared more about me leaving than hearing anything my feelings frustrations in a matter of the on going situation with the accounts.

The management allows people to go shirtless at this location on Town East Blvd in Mesquite tx. They don't enforce the rules.
There are several broken machines as well.
There are groups there that hog equipment even when Noone is working on it and say that they are interchanging machines and the staff allows this to happen. It really is not a well run location.
