I want to start off by saying this is the worst company I have every in my life done business with. I plan to go on Better Business Bureau, news papers, internet reviews all day Evey day.

The day I signs up for this contract was the biggest mistake,your customer service toll free number 800-922-**** are the MOST untrained rude and unprofessional set of people I have yet to come across. I have recorded conversations I can pull off my work phone of your representative giving inaccurate information. And their excuse was that the Rep was new. That should never be the customer fault!

I signed up for service and realized I used my roommates account not mine since our account number are similar. So I called on 04/28/16 at 9:15am spoke to a man who said he took her account information off file an added mine. I specifically told him to charge the remaining deposit 46.75 to the new card which he still has not! Called back to make sure my room are card was truly off file an another representative told me it was not then I asked to speak with a manager.

Which as of this day has yet to respond to my Voicemail of a callback. Then I called back on 04/29/16 at 10am spoke yo a woman an I wanted the information on how to cancel due to customer service, that day was the last day I could cancel within my 30days. So she puts me on hold over and over and tell me that the old account was taken off an assured me it was not charged at all. She told me on the 34min call that was recorded due to I was at work I'm in quality so I'm able yo pull my calls and send them to you!

She assured me that the old account was taken off an the new card was charged. So I said well since it was do e correct I guess i don't need to cancel. My while purpose for the call was to get information on how to cancel my account due yo the customer service at the 800 number. So this was a lie!

My room are has overdraft charges from fitness connection as of may 2 2016. When I was promised on the call that her account not only was not charged but was taken off. This was not true if so how did fitness charge her may 2 when I gave updated card information that should of been charged that same day as I requested! I called today 05/03/2016 spoke to the rudest Rep Esmeralda who continue to cut me off an tell me "like I said before", I won't tolerance disrespect from a customer service Rep.

I want to get out of this contract with no fees an all my current fees giving back to me. Due to now I'm out my 30 daas but when I called to get information on how to cancel I was within my 30 days an the only reason I didn't cancel was due to the Rep told me my room are card was not charged an it truly was an the Rep today response was well she's new. That is unacceptable! And should not be the customer fault this is a horrible company an all my coworkers an people I referred will know about this I'm going to blog about this experience on my daily blog that I have 18.9k member that follow me!

I want out of my contract an my fees sent back to me! I need to be contacted on how this will work
